Sub thesis

Frontier Technology Applications.

FTA is our current sub-thesis: sector-specific applications of emerging technology and AI. We do not chase sectors. We identify where new intelligence creates disproportionate leverage first.

Method

From capability to applied advantage.

Emerging technology becomes valuable when it is converted into a usable system. FTA is the discipline of identifying sector-specific bottlenecks, mapping frontier capabilities to them, and building applied systems before the market has mature language for them.

The domain can change. The method remains: observe constraints, model leverage, prototype quickly, prove utility, then decide whether to scale, spin out, or stay hidden.

01

Constraint mapping

Find high-cost bottlenecks where weak intelligence causes waste, delay, fragility, or poor decision quality.

02

Capability transfer

Translate emerging AI, agentic systems, automation, simulation, and intelligence infrastructure into domain-specific systems.

03

Selective deployment

Not every experiment becomes a product. Some become infrastructure, IP, research notes, partnerships, or internal leverage.
